The data we collect is used solely to provide and improve the Yieldality platform. Your email is used for authentication (Magic Links) and transactional notifications. Device fingerprints are processed to enforce our One-Device, One-Account policy and prevent matrix manipulation. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Yieldality utilizes enterprise-grade security protocols, including end-to-end encryption and secure database management, to ensure your information remains safe. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. If your account is banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., Sybil attacks), basic identifier data will be retained to enforce the ban indefinitely.
